Public contact routing

This build does not publish private back-office contact details directly in the codebase. Public support channels should be published on PYQP.IN before launch.

Website support

Use the public support route for broken pages, export issues, layout problems, or search-flow confusion.

Best for product help and website bugs.

Data display issues

Report parsing mismatches, missing students, wrong school grouping, or result data that appears malformed.

Best for scan quality and display corrections.

Partnerships

Use the business contact route for school onboarding, sponsorships, or product collaboration requests.

Best for institutional and commercial enquiries.

What to include in a support request

  • The roll number you searched with, if relevant.
  • The year and workflow used, such as student lookup or school scan.
  • A screenshot of the issue, especially for display or export problems.
  • Your device/browser details when the problem appears only on one screen or browser.

For official academic corrections

PYQP Board does not issue original board certificates. For official corrections to the underlying academic record, users should still contact RBSE or the original result-publishing authority.

Response scope

The website team can help with presentation, exports, and result-display issues. It cannot independently amend marks, divisions, or board-issued records.
